Ordering an AI servers
After logging into the Customer Panel, on the main page (or on the list of AI/GPU servers), click the Order button.
Next, you need to configure your AI environment. We can indicate the type of server that interests us, and additionally specify the number of servers, the duration of the contract, or indicate a previously created data space to connect to the environment or create a new one. The field named Preferred rental start date specifies the date from which we would like to start renting the environment. If we provide our public SSH key, Beyond.pl administrators will add it to the ordered data space.
Next, we read and accept all required agreements and licenses. We recommend saving the documents in a safe place for the needs of the legal or security departments.
Next, we have the screen summarizing our order. If everything is correct, click the Submit your order button.
The submission of the order will be confirmed by an e-mail message. From this moment, our customer service department will verify resource availability and, within a maximum of 24 hours, will confirm the possibility of fulfilling the order or, if the resources are not available on the expected date, will propose a different configuration or date.
After confirmation of the possibility of fulfilling the order by our customer service, you will receive an e-mail and SMS with the information that the order is awaiting payment.
To do this, log in to the Customer Panel, on the list of AI/GPU servers, click on the environment name or the Details button, and then click the Pay for the order button.
It is worth noting that each payment channel has a different commission imposed by the operator of that payment channel.
If, for some reason, we resign from the payment, the order will be canceled after 24 hours from receiving the information about the possibility of fulfilling the order.
After the payment is made, our team of AI administrators prepares the environment in accordance with the selected configuration.
After its creation, you will receive an e-mail and SMS informing you that the environment has been launched.
